Combining her qualifications and fifteen years of experience as a former Shore Excursions Manager/ Cruise Director/ Guest Relations Manager and Training & Development Manager with Holland America Line, Windstar, Crystal and Silversea Cruise Lines.
Prior to her move ashore, Karen served in a wide variety of managing positions and learned the specialized formula needed to succeed. Throughout her many years of service, she built her reputation by being passionate, enthusiastic and committed to her work with an excellent eye for detail.
